Understanding the value of person-centered care, as well as the skills needed for Infection, Prevention, and Control (IPAC), food service, protective equipment, housekeeping, and laundry are key learning outcomes.
The program runs for 5 weeks with 12 hours of learning each week. Upon successful completion of the courses, students will earn their Long-term care Home Assistant micro-credential.
